SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 14 Authorizing the                                                                             
House of Representatives and the Senate to recess for a period of more                                                          
than three days. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Rules Committee Substitute offered today. Senator                                                               
Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further                                                            
objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
